UMRAH TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Room Service
• If you travel individually other than group tickets, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
• Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
• No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.

• Umrah Visa second entry fees Rs. 2000/- will be applicable as per Saudi Govt instruction at the time of visa stamping.
• Visa fees may change at the time of stamping as per Saudi Govt regulations.
• Air Ticket is OPTIONAL
• NO difference in price shall be collected or refunded due to any fluctuation of currency & Airfare.
• Hotel Distance may vary*(Distance given are from outer border of Haram Shareef & Masjid-eNabvi).
• The tour dates and tour programs are provisional and subject to change without notice.
• Rooms in Makkah & Madina Hotels are normally as follows:
  Double Room = 2 Normal Beds, Triple Room = 3 Normal Beds, Quad Room = 3 Normal Beds + 1 Extra Bed & Quint Room = 3 Normal Beds + 2 Extra Beds.
• Unutilized services are NON – REFUNDABLE
• Tour operator is not responsible for the lost luggage.
• Subject to BTQ passengers only. Subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

REQUIREMENT

• Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages and 2 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.
• Pancard copy required.

BOOKING POLICY

• Pay a minimum of Rs.32,000/- per person to book your tour
• Balance amount to be paid 30 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
• Book through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or Cheque /Demand Draft. All Major Credit Cards are accepted.
• If your booking is routed through our Booking Centre the tour cost will remain the same as applicable. FBT Adventures India Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any cash transaction at any booking centres.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

• Rs.8000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE
• 50 % of the tour cost if cancelled between 22 to 30 days before departure.
• NO REFUND if cancelled within 21 days of departure.
